Ok, moving on to my driving progress! Haven't really master the turnings properly, sometimes I can do it well, sometimes I go off AND yet my instructor let me out on the road omg. *panic attack* But it was quite fun actually hehe much more interesting than driving in the circuit because there are a lot of cars in there and driving at 20km/h is already counted fast to me (can die if i step any more accelerator LOL I always think I'll bang into the other bikes/cars who are learning & I don't wanna be a liability/hazard to others T.T) The lanes in the circuit are narrower than the roads and the whole circuit area is very very small and cramped!
Drove around batok/gombak area at 50km/h! (fyi, this is the min speed in sg, don't be a road hogger who drives at 20km/h ok!! Haha. 50km/h doesn't feel THAT fast because as I mentioned earlier the roads are a lot wider and it just feels very different, you've to drive to experience it, I can't explain!) and I've a lot of complains.......
SO MANY PEOPLE JAYWALK!!! Please leh people learning how to drive, you trying to risk your own life and my life?? (not to forget instructor's too!!!) and it's so annoying when people park their car at the lane I'm at and I need to cut out to the next lane, and the next lane is for cars going in the opposite direction from me!! (if I'm not quick enough, I'll come face to face with the oncoming cars) and I've to cut back into the original lane I was at *panic attack round 2*
Hmm that's all for driving today? Went home for lunch and also walk & bathe my dog. Done making him fluffy at like 630pm. Ya, it's damn long. We go for slightly more than an hour walk and another slightly more than an hour for bathing and drying him. ALMOST 3 HOURS. Now you know why groomers charge such an expensive rate haha. Very time consuming and a lot of hard work is needed!!
Just in case you're wondering why I am so active on my blog lately, it's because I wanna cultivate the habit of using the laptop haha. I'm the type that can survive without a computer for months or probably a year! I won't be surprised haha. Every thing is very computerised in uni so i must get used to using the laptop everyday. Checking emails, portals, announcements, classroom venues etc etc. Also I wanna start working on my English! Like the flow of my essay, how I put the stories/ideas I wanna share in the correct order. I know vocab and grammar can't be learned overnight but at least I'm putting in some effort for the other aspects of an good essay!!
Lastly!!!!!!! I'm ahead of most of my friends in terms of academic and driving. So I just wanna share my experience with you guys so all of you will know what to expect when you enter into uni or take up driving :) I AM YOUR GEUINE PIG
